Custom Home Site Preparations – Exeter, Rhode Island

We cleared and graded this wooded lot to prepare for a 2,500 sq ft home build. The project included tree removal, full pad compaction, driveway access creation, and erosion control in accordance with town regulations.
Utility Trenching for ADU – East Greenwich
- Wet & Dry Utilities
For this backyard ADU project, we installed separate trench paths for electric, water, sewer, and gas — navigating a tight access area while maintaining required utility separations and inspection compliance.
